VANILLA-FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ninety percent of the time, I eat savory breakfasts. But I don't like to impose my will on others (at least not early in the morning), so when there are guests, I tend to make smoothies. I'm a big believer in frozen fruit, especially off season; it's much more flavorful than, say, Chilean peaches.

Tips:
- Use cold ingredients: Cold ingredients will make a smoother and more refreshing smoothie. If you don't have time to chill your ingredients ahead of time, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender.
- Don't over blend the smoothie: Over blending can make the smoothie too thin and watery. Blend the smoothie just until the ingredients are combined and smooth.
- Add a sweetener to taste: If you find the smoothie is too tart, you can add a sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar to taste.
- Garnish the smoothie: Garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, or cocoa powder, or a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt.
Conclusion:
Vanilla horchata smoothie is a delicious and refreshing drink that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With its creamy texture, sweet flavor, and nutty aroma, vanilla horchata smoothie is a surefire hit with everyone who tries it.
