¼ cup cornstarch
¾ cup water, divided
1 tablespoon dry vegan egg replacer
2 ripe bananas, mashed
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Steps:

3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup almond milk
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 cup vegan bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk Lemon Juice and Almond Milk together, set aside and let it curdle while preparing the other ingredients.
