Time 45m

Number Of Ingredients 6

7 slice bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
2 clove garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c half and half
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • 1. Put garlic in hot bacon grease and cook for about 1 minute. Remove.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 3. Put cream cheese and half and half in a medium bowl and beat until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.
  • 4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dip will be. Use fresh, flavorful cheese, crispy bacon, and a creamy mayonnaise base.
  • Don't overcook the bacon: Overcooked bacon will be tough and chewy. Cook the bacon until it is just crispy, but not burnt.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: A blend of cheeses will give the dip a more complex flavor. Try using a combination of sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Add some heat: If you like spicy food, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños to the dip.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers: Warm bacon cheese dip is perfect for dipping tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Warm bacon cheese dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy, cheesy texture and smoky bacon flavor, this dip is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack or appetizer, give this warm bacon cheese dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
