a bit of warm water (about 3/8 tsp.)
2 cucumbers

Tips:

  • For the best results, use high-quality cream cheese. Philadelphia or another full-fat brand is a good choice.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing it with the other ingredients. This will help to create a smooth and creamy dip.
  • If you want a spicier dip, add more wasabi paste. Start with a small amount and taste the dip as you go, adding more wasabi paste until you reach the desired level of spiciness.
  • If you don't have wasabi paste, you can use prepared horseradish or Dijon mustard as a substitute. However, the flavor of the dip will be slightly different.
  • Serve the dip with a variety of crackers, vegetables, or chips. Some good options include water crackers, pita chips, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.
