This is from Betty Crocker. It is really yummy and very quick to make! I highly recommend doubling the recipe if you have a hungry crew, though, because the servings are fairly small.

Tips:

  • Choose the right type of crab: For this recipe, use fresh or frozen crab meat. Avoid using canned crab meat, as it can be mushy and lack flavor.
  • Cook the crab meat properly: To prevent the crab meat from becoming tough, cook it over medium heat and do not overcook it. Crab meat should be cooked until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what makes this dish special. Be sure to use a sauce that is flavorful and complements the crab meat. The recipe in the article uses a creamy tomato sauce, but you could also use a white wine sauce or a pesto sauce.
  • Add some vegetables: Vegetables add color, flavor, and nutrients to this dish. Some good vegetables to add include bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach.
  • Serve with a side of crusty bread: Crusty bread is the perfect way to soak up the delicious sauce. Serve it on the side so that your guests can enjoy it with their meal.

Conclusion:

This Weight Watchers Fiery Crab Fettuccine is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is packed with flavor and is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy seafood recipe, give this one a try.
