RESTAURANT STYLE WING AND RIB SAUCE
This sauce tastes similar to the sauce used on the sticky fingers at one of my favorite restaurants. It is easy to make and has endless possibilities for modification. Try adding a bit of cinnamon or cloves to it. Honey is used to thicken the sauce, but isn't necessary. If not using the honey, just use extra brown sugar.

Tips:
- Use a large pot: Make sure you have a pot large enough to accommodate all the chicken wings and sauce without overcrowding them.
- Brine the chicken wings: Brining the chicken wings in a mixture of water, salt, and sugar helps to keep them moist and flavorful. You can brine the wings for as little as 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Use a flavorful cooking oil: The type of cooking oil you use will impact the flavor of the wings. Use an oil with a high smoke point, such as canola oil or vegetable oil.
- Cook the chicken wings over medium heat: Cooking the chicken wings over medium heat helps to ensure that they cook evenly without burning.
- Flip the chicken wings frequently: To ensure that the chicken wings cook evenly, flip them frequently with tongs.
- Make sure the chicken wings are cooked through: The chicken wings should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can check the temperature using a meat thermometer.
- Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce: There are many different dipping sauces that you can serve with chicken wings, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or honey mustard.
