Drink with thoughts of laying in a hammock on a sandy beach... under a banana tree. NOTE: I went on a Carnival cruise in July 2009... the 2nd day drink special were these and they were sooo good! They made them using pineapple juice, so I've edited the recipe to use that in lieu of lemon juice. Definitely better!
