This soup is a great way to use up leftover beef. It's also a very affordable meal to make.

The dumplings were a bit too doughy, but the broth was very flavorful. I'll try using a different dumpling recipe next time.

The soup was a bit too salty for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I'll try using less salt next time.

The dumplings were a little bland, but the broth was delicious. I'll try adding some more herbs and spices next time.

The soup was easy to make and tasted great! I used chicken broth instead of beef broth, and it turned out perfectly. The dumplings were a bit dense, but still very tasty.

This soup was absolutely delicious! The dumplings were fluffy and flavorful, and the broth was rich and savory. I added some extra vegetables, such as carrots and celery, to make it even more hearty. Definitely a keeper!
