Tips:
- Use fresh, ripe fruit. This will give your yogurt parfait the best flavor and texture.
- Choose fruit that is in season. This will ensure that you are getting the best quality fruit possible.
- Wash fruit thoroughly before using it. This will remove any dirt or bacteria.
- If you are using nuts, toast them lightly before adding them to your parfait. This will bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy.
- Layer your parfait in a glass or jar. Start with a layer of yogurt, then add a layer of fruit, and then a layer of nuts. Repeat these layers until the jar is full.
- Chill your parfait for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together and the parfait to set.
- Serve your parfait with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of honey. This will add extra flavor and sweetness.
