Nameless Spice Cake image

This recipe came from my grandmother. It has been the traditional "Birthday" cake in my family since I can remember. The recipe was a contest to name a spice cake in a magazine. This is a very easy and flavorfull spice cake. I have frosted it with cream cheese frosting or baked it in a bundt pan and served it with whipped cream.

This cake is a great way to use up leftover spices. I always have a few different kinds of spices in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses them all up.
