SWEET AND SPICY PORK AND NAPA CABBAGE STIR-FRY WITH SPICY NOODLES
The Thai sweet chili sauce gives this dish a sweet and spicy flavor that my kids love. You can adjust the heat level by adding more or less of the sauce or adding additional red pepper flakes, if you like it really hot.

Tips:
- Choose tender pork cuts: Pork tenderloin, pork chops, and pork shoulder are all great options for a stir-fry. Avoid tougher cuts like pork loin or rump roast.
- Slice your pork thinly: This will help it cook evenly and quickly.
- Marinate your pork: This will help add flavor and tenderness. You can use a simple marinade made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger.
- Use a hot wok or skillet: This will help create a nice sear on the pork and prevent it from sticking.
- Stir-fry in batches: Don't overcrowd the wok or skillet, or the pork will steam instead of fry.
- Add vegetables towards the end of cooking: This will help them retain their crispness.
- Serve immediately: Stir-fries are best served hot and fresh.
