I'm not a fan of blood oranges, but I still enjoyed this cocktail. The champagne and St. Germain liqueur really balance out the tartness of the blood orange.

This cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and tart, with a beautiful pink hue. I garnished mine with a blood orange slice and a sprig of rosemary, which added a nice touch of elegance.
