Blue curaçao, made from the bitter peels of green oranges, originates from the Dutch West Indies. For greater drama, serve this as a single serving in an oversized margarita glass that holds 12 ounces.

Steps:
- 1. Chill 2 margarita glasses.
- 2. To frost the glasses, rub lime wedge around the rims and dip rims in a saucer of salt.
- 3. Place ice cubes in a shaker. Add sweet and sour mix, tequila, Triple Sec or Cointreau, Grand Marnier, blue curaçao, orange and lime juice.
- 4. Shake and strain into glasses.
- 5. Garnish with lime wheels.
