2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg beaters 99% egg substitute
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 ounces fat free cream cheese

Steps:

  • Spray an 11x17" baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bake in prepared pan at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
