1 cup dry oat
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
½ cup dried blueberry
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
salt, optional

Steps:

  • Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
  • Add dried blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt and mix to combine.
  • Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
  • Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
