I'm not a big fan of grapefruit, but I really enjoyed this salsa. The sweetness of the blueberries balances out the tartness of the grapefruit.

This salsa is a refreshing and unique twist on the classic. The combination of blueberries and grapefruit is unexpected but delightful, and the addition of cilantro and jalapeno gives it a nice kick. I served it with tortilla chips and it was a hit!
