This compote was easy to make and turned out great! I used frozen blueberries and mangoes, and it still tasted amazing. I served it over waffles and it was the perfect topping.

I'm not a big fan of blueberries, but I loved this compote! The mangoes really balanced out the tartness of the blueberries, and the lemon juice and vanilla extract added a nice touch of sweetness. I'll definitely be making this again.
