BLUEBERRY POPPY SEED LOAVES image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/3 C vegetable oil
3 C flour
1 1/2 tea. Baking powder
2 1/2 C sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 C milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 tea. Almond extract
1 1/2 tea. Vanilla
1 C blueberries

Steps:

  • Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl Beat milk, oil, eggs, poppy seeds, and extracts on medium until combined Gradually beat in flour mixture Fold in blueberries with rubber spatula Grease 4-5 small loaf pans and divide batter Bake at 350 about 1 hour until center comes clean Cool 10 mins and remove to cool on rack
