BOURBON GINGER MARINADE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon (Jim Beam)
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger (no need to peel)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Add chicken thighs or pork tenderloin in the morning and they'll be ready to cook for dinner.
