BOW TIES WITH TOMATOES, FETA AND BALSAMIC DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 13

6 oz bowtie pasta
2 C. grape tomatoes, halved
1 C green grapes, halved
1/3 C thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T shallots chopped
2 t. capers
1 t. Dijo mustard
1/2 t. minced garlic
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. fresh ground pepper
4 t. extra virgin olive oil
4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta, drain. Combine pasta, tomatoes, grapes and basil in a bowl. While pasta cooks, combine vinegar and next 6 ingredients in a sm. bowl, stirring with a whisk, slowly add oil with whisk. Drizzle vinegrette over pasta toss to coat, add cheese.
