BRAZILIAN MARTINI

I found this recipe on the Food Network site. It was first featured in a 2008 episode of Guy Fieri's show Guy's Big Bite, in an episode titled Stylin Steak. I thought the cocktail was really good, and I hope you enjoy it, too. The ingredient list includes Cachaca, a Brazilian rum-like liqueur (which is what I use). But in the directions, it doesn't mention when to add cachaca but does include rum. So I think if you don't have Cachaca on hand, you can use rum instead. It might not have the exact same flavor as Cachaca, but it would probably be an acceptable substitute in a pinch.

This recipe is a little too complicated for me. I think I'll stick to my usual martini recipe.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of passion fruit, but I was pleasantly surprised. The martini was well-balanced and not too sweet.
