Breaded Orange Glazed Chicken image

Adopted from Kraft Magazine. A nice change of pace from the standard baked breaded chicken. Usually I don't worry about how to serve a dish but they recommended making a really light dressing and placing the chicken on a bed of spinach leaves with this dressing. It was yummy and I'm glad I took that extra step.

Overall, this was a good recipe. The chicken was cooked well and the orange glaze was flavorful. However, I would recommend using a different type of chicken, such as thighs, for a more tender result.

This recipe was a disaster! The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the orange glaze was too sweet. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The chicken was a little bland, but the orange glaze was very good. I would recommend adding some additional seasonings to the chicken before cooking.
