I'm not a big fan of sausage, so I used bacon in this casserole instead. It turned out great! The bacon added a nice smoky flavor to the dish.

Overall, I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This casserole was a bit too expensive to make. The ingredients were all very pricey, and I didn't think the final product was worth the cost.

The instructions for this casserole were a bit confusing. I wasn't sure how long to cook it for or at what temperature. I ended up overcooking it, which made it dry and crumbly.

I found this casserole to be a bit too heavy. It was very filling, but it just didn't feel like a breakfast dish to me. I think it would be better served as a brunch or lunch dish.

This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. The flavors just didn't really come together. I think it needed more seasoning or maybe some fresh herbs. The texture was also a bit dry.
