Breakfast In A Glass image

A banana is blended with strawberries, milk and yogurt. A delicious way to start the day!

1 banana
¼ cup strawberries
⅓ cup nonfat milk
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
