I accidentally used all-purpose flour instead of bread flour. The scones still turned out okay, but they were a bit more dense than I would have liked.

I've tried many scone recipes, but this one is by far the best. The scones were so light and fluffy, and the flavor was amazing.

These scones were a delight! The texture was perfect, with a tender crumb and a slightly crispy exterior. The flavor was well-balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a touch of tartness from the buttermilk.
