Brian's Spicy Kung Pao Tofu Stir Fry image

Spicy tofu stir fry dish. You can replace the tofu with chicken for a standard Kung Pao chicken dish. Great leftovers dish too.

I'm not a big fan of tofu, but this dish was surprisingly good. I think the key is to use a firm tofu and to press it before cooking.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use less chili peppers.

The tofu was a bit too soft for my liking, but the sauce was delicious. I'll try again with a firmer tofu next time.
