Brick Haus Sauerkraut Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 jar(s) (32 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c chopped celery
1 medium green or red pepper, chopped
1/2 c chopped onion

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil and mix well. Add all remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.
