Brioche with Chocolate Centres image

This is a really delicious and different sweet bread. You'll feel like you are eating something from a classy french bakery. Simple and delicious. Worth the extra effort. Prep time doesn't include time for dough to double in size. Recipe was discovered in Donna Hay's "dining" cookbook

These brioche buns look delicious, but I'm allergic to chocolate. Is there a way to make them without chocolate?

I substituted dark chocolate for the milk chocolate and they were still delicious. The brioche buns were light and airy, and the dark chocolate centers were decadent.
