Steps:
- 1. Cook broccoli. 2. Put all of the cooked, frozen broccoli in the bowl of a food processor. 3. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese in the bowl of the food processor and process till well mixed. 4. Stir in (by hand) the cooked, chopped fresh broccoli. 5. Mix well and put in buttered casserole dish. 6. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly.
