Broccoli/Carrot Soup image

Have always loved raw broccoli and disliked it cooked. Some time ago my digestive system screamed, "no more raw", so I came up with this recipe. Now the scream is "more, more"! Do not be dismayed by length of instructions...really very easy.

This soup is a bit too thick for my taste. I added some extra broth to thin it out.

I'm not a big fan of cheese, so I omitted it from the recipe. The soup was still delicious!

This soup is delicious and healthy, but it's a bit too time-consuming to make on a regular basis.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my soup didn't turn out as creamy as I expected. I think I might have added too much broth.

The soup was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and salt, and it was much better.
