This was my first time cooking sole, and I was very happy with the results. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The sole was flaky and flavorful, and the sauce was creamy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who is looking for a new way to cook fish.

This recipe was a disappointment. The sole was bland and the sauce was too salty. I won't be making this again.

The sole was a bit dry, but the sauce was amazing. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll try to cook the fish for a shorter amount of time.

I love how easy this recipe is to make. I was able to whip it up in under 30 minutes, and it tasted like it came from a restaurant. The sauce is especially delicious, and I can't wait to try it on other fish dishes.

This broiled sole recipe is a keeper! The fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, and the garlic herb sauce was incredibly flavorful. I served it with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes, and it was a hit with the whole family.
