3/4 c water
2 T distilled white vinegar
1+ T Worcestershire sauce
I T black strap molasses
1 t salt
1/2 t paprika

Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside half of the sauce. Preheat broiler. Brush both sides of the chops with sauce. Place chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with more sauce. Continue broiling, turning and basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until juices run clear. Serve with reserved sauce.

These pork chops were a little bland. I think I would have liked them better if I had added more seasoning.

I'm not sure what happened, but my pork chops came out really dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

These pork chops were good, but not great. I think I would have liked them better if I had used a different marinade.

I'm not usually a fan of pork chops, but these were delicious! The marinade really tenderized the meat and the BBQ sauce gave them a great flavor.
