Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 Seed squash. Peel squash - but leave peel on acorn squash. Cut all squash into 1/2 inch thick slices. Melt butter. Toss squash with butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Bake in two pyrex baking dishes for 25 minutes. Mix brown sugar and nutmeg. Sprinkle over squash. Bake until golden and tender, about another 35 minutes.
