Brown Sugar-Glazed Baby Carrots image

These delicious glazed carrots come to the rescue when I'm preparing a special meal. They cook while I prepare the other dishes, and the slow-cooker simmering saves me precious oven space. -Anndrea Bailey, Huntington Beach, California

These carrots were a disappointment. The glaze was too sweet and the carrots were overcooked. I won't be making these again.

I made these carrots for my family and they loved them! The glaze is sweet and sticky, and the carrots are cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making these again.

These carrots are so good! I've made them several times now and they're always a hit. I like to add a little bit of extra brown sugar to the glaze, and I also sometimes add a bit of cinnamon. Yum!
