BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL PANCAKES image

1 egg
2 tbls. canola oil
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp quick oats

Steps:

  • Combine egg, oil, and milk. Combine flour, salt, soda, and sugar. Add to egg mix. Stir in oats. Cook.
