Bruschetta in a Jar image

Bruschetta is kind of a Italian salsa. It is usually served on top of a piece of crusty bread toasted with garlic butter. MMM

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 clove garlic minced
1 c dry white wine
1/2 c water
2 Tbsp each sugar, balsamic vinegar, fresh chopped basil and oregano
1 Tbsp olive oil
9 c cored chopped plum tomatoes

Steps:

  • 1. place all ingredients except tomatoes in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer covered 5 minutes.
  • 2. Pack tomatoes in jars pour hot liquid over top. Process in waterbath 20 minutes.
