BUBBLE GUM SUGAR COOKIES
Just in time for Valentine's Day! These chewy pink cookies are so much fun and yes they taste like bubble gum!!!

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350
- 2. in small bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. set aside.
- 3. Cream butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg.
- 4. Stir in extracts. Drop a couple drops of food coloring to get desired shade of pink. Slowly beat in dry ingredients.
- 5. Scoop into 1 inch balls. (do not fear if dough is a bit crumbly). Roll into pink sugar. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
- 6. bake 10-12 minutes.
