This is my mom's version with a few alterations. When I was a kid my brother and I dreaded meatloaf for dinner but now I love it...

I love that this meatloaf can be made ahead of time. It's perfect for busy weeknights when I don't have a lot of time to cook.

This meatloaf is a great way to get my kids to eat their vegetables. I always add a cup of chopped carrots and celery to the mixture.

This meatloaf is a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time.

I'm not a fan of meatloaf, but I actually enjoyed this one. It's not too dry or dense, and the flavors are well-balanced.

This meatloaf is just okay. It's a bit dry and bland. I think I'll stick to my old recipe.
