Steps:
- Combine 1 cup flour 2 tbsp brown sugar Cut in ½ cup butter until crumbly Press into 8 x 8 buttered cake dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes Mix in separate bowl - 2 beaten eggs 1 ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup oatmeal ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup chopped walnuts Pour over partially baked crumb layer in baking dish. Return to oven and bake at 350 for another 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
