Number Of Ingredients 4

8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
1 tablespoon sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
2 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Put water in blender first add protein powder then add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend on low, then high till blended.
