After several attempts at making a Cajun themed meal, I came up with this spicy marinade for chicken breasts. The flavors blend perfectly with chicken with just enough heat that isn't over-powering.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except the chicken) and whisk until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade in a cup for basting.
- Add the chicken to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours (shaking and flipping every 30 minutes).
- Preheat the grill for medium/high heat.
- Grill on a lightly oiled rack for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping and basting every 10 minutes.
