I'm not a big fan of enchiladas, but this casserole was surprisingly good. It was cheesy, flavorful, and very filling. I will definitely be making it again.

This casserole was easy to make and very flavorful. I used a rotisserie chicken and it turned out great. I also added a can of corn and a can of black beans. It was a great way to use up some leftover ingredients.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it was much better. I also think it would be good with some shredded chicken or ground beef.
