This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the potatoes and they didn't even realize they were eating turnips!

The potatoes were a little dry, but the flavors were still good. I think next time I'll add a little bit more butter or milk.

The campfire mash potatoes were a little too smoky for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think next time I'll try cooking them in a Dutch oven instead.
