I'm not a big fan of sweet and sour dishes, but this one is actually really good. The flavors are perfectly balanced.

This dish is a bit too salty for my taste, but I think it would be great with less soy sauce.

I've tried this recipe with both spam and chicken, and I prefer it with chicken. The chicken is more tender and flavorful.

This sweet and sour spam is a great dish for a quick and easy weeknight meal. The combination of sweet and sour flavors is perfectly balanced, and the spam is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
