I'm not a huge fan of caramel, but these shortbreads were still really good. The shortbread crust was perfect.

These were okay, but not as good as I was hoping for. The caramel was a little too hard and the shortbread crust was a little too crumbly.

I was a little disappointed with these shortbreads. The caramel was too sweet and the shortbread crust was too dry.

So easy to make and so yummy! I used a store-bought caramel sauce and it worked perfectly. The shortbread crust was the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness.
