- Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each biscuit piece in cinnamon-sugar. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. In a small saucepan, combine topping ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until ice cream is melted and brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over biscuits. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack. Serve immediately.
