Caramelized Chicken Wings image

I got this from food.com. This is definitely not a weight watcher recipe but I like to add the points, however high they may be. Weight Watcher Points: 30

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lb chicken wings
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 c honey
1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 3. Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.
  • 4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
