Steps:
- 1. Italian bread buttered on outside & on the inside of both slices is a generous spread of guava jam. I layered one romaine leaf, sliced turkey breast, 4 slices of cooked black peppered bacon, 4 medium sliced pieces of Gouda, 4 thin slices of sweet roasted red pepper, added 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp. of Frank's hot sauce and drizzled on top of roasted reds. Repeat with sliced turkey breast, romaine and the other slice of bread with guava jam on one side and buttered on the other.
- 2. I grilled my Panini on my griddle...which turns any bread into a perfect Panini Sandwich.
