Half head of white, half of green cauliflower
1 cup of peas thawed for the end
1/4 c. cilantro (optional) for the end
1/4c olive oil
1 tsp curry
1 tsp garam masala
1tsp fennel seeds
1tsp salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T fresh ginger
1/2 red onion diced

Steps:

  • 1. set oven at 400 2. Make dressing with oil and spices 3. break up cauliflower into bite size chunks and drop into dressing and coat well. 4. Add chopped red onion, stir 5. Bake uncovered 25 minutes, stir every 15 min. 6. Add peas and cilantro and serve.
