Carrot, Apple, Cucumber, OJ, and Turmeric Smoothie image

A juice similar to this was being sold at the San Diego Earth Fair. I prefer whole foods so I reproduced it as a smoothie. It's very refreshing and has a bit of tang.

I found this smoothie to be a bit too thick. I would recommend adding more liquid, such as water or almond milk.

I've been making this smoothie for a few weeks now and I'm starting to get sick of it. I think it's because the flavor is a bit one-dimensional.

I found the texture of this smoothie to be a bit gritty. I think it would be better if the fruits and vegetables were peeled and chopped into smaller pieces.

This smoothie is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less apple or adding some lemon juice to balance out the flavor.
